This product-related evaluation and data acquisition software enables e.g. temperature to be displayed graphically, stored and printed. Therefore the institution is able to ensure and prove that the frozen materials do have the quality which is enforced by law. CoolSpy is able to handle up to 20 freezer with a BUS (bidirectional universal switch) - system. CoolSpy has limited access concerning the main settings to avoid damage and each user is registered with his name or barcode.
Reporting features
CoolSpy monitors and stores all important data of each freezing process. You can see when and how long the different bags / charges have been frozen. CoolSpy is able to identify who has loaded or unloaded the bags (user) and you can see which freezer has been used. CoolSpy stores each freezing process and you can face it as chart or diagram.

All finished processes can be faced and printed. The needed information can be chosen through date, charge or frozen item. That means if you know e.g. the charge number and you need the monitored and stored information you will find it.
All data can be exported (e.g. to a excel-file) or imported through a adapted interface to existing hospital information systems, because CoolSpy is based on a standard SQL database.
Additionally you have the possibility to face a statistical report, which shows the individual freezer and how many charges/items have been frozen. Furthermore you can see how many “working hours” each freezer has done.
CoolSpy is very easy to handle for the user and the software guides through the whole process. All information (user, items…) can be scanned or filled in manually. The user manual explains each menu in detail. |
