KryoCase®
The patented Thermo-System for
temperature sensitive products.
Technology
The KryoCase® is a newly developed
vacuum insulated stainless steel container
equipped with generative latent
accumulators free of nitrogen or carbon
dioxide. The EasyLog 40k-temperature
recorder (logger) fixed to the container supplies permanent control of its inner
temperature. The optionally provided EasyLog Software
allows to record, visualise and print out
(temperature curve versus time) the
logged temperatures serving as proof of
the uninterrupted cooling chain.

The system
The system is based on the standard container
KC-70 with a built-in 4 cm annular container of
the same height. From the outside by an
electronically controlled valve, the annular
container will be filled with nitrogen, which will
vaporise through the openings arranged in the
upper part of the annular container and will fall
down as gas in the inner tank thus substantially reducing the nitrogen consumption. The
specific flow of the coolant will also
extensively avoid the temperature layering as
it may occur up to 50°C in common storage
containers. Gauges in the tank will ensure
constant level in the tank. In case of sinking
refill will be initiated automatically, thus
allowing for temporally unlimited storage. The
storage in the inner tank guaranties cooling
up to 18 hours.even in case the external
supply of nitrogen is interrupted - sufficient
time to remedy any failure or to take any other
remedial action. |
